Sub-processors

We keep our supply chain small and deliberate. These are the only third parties that process data on our behalf to run Work-mode. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Current sub-processors

Notes
- Free / unmanaged installs use none of these to send us data.They run locally and do not phone home; the providers above support the website, licensing, billing, and the managed organisation portal.
- International transfers. Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK IDTA or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Changes. We will update this page before adding or changing a sub-processor and revise the "last updated" date above. Organisations with Assurance enabled will be notified through the portal.
